Hey, I'm Krissy.
I'm 23 years old and have struggled with weight my whole life. In October 2014 I became very depressed at the highest weight of 267 pounds. Instead of eating while depressed I just starved myself and only ate maybe once every 2 days. The end result of that was blacking out and 40 pounds lost way to fast. Now, that my depression is u,ser control the weight is starting to come back quickly. Before anyone of you judge me I k,is it was the worst and most unhealthy way but everyone has a story. I want to do this right this time. I'm currently 220 and want to lose 35 pounds naturally and healthy. I need REAL motivation and people who will not give up on me even when I feel like giving upon myself. I know I can do this!

Hi Krissy, my name is Ashley, I am 22. I also have struggled with weight my whole life. In 2010 I had decided to change and get in really good shape. I trained hard and ate right by summer of 2011 I was in the best shape of my life I wore a size 7 and weighed right around 123 pounds. Then I got pregnant with my daughter, I had a very hard pregnancy, and a very hard delivery. I gained way too much too fast, my beautiful body I worked so hard for was gone. After I had my daughter I was very sick, so I could not exercise, but I kept eating A LOT and just kept gaining. By the time my baby was one month old I was in a size 22 (I never weighed myself because of how embarrassed I was). I hated how I looked, and how I felt (and also struggled with depression). As I got some of my strength back, I decided to try to become healthy again, not only for my sake but also for my daughters. I working out again (slowly at first) and started being more careful with what I ate. Along the way of getting healthier I tried (and struggled) with everything. I tried starving myself, calorie counting, pills, gadgets, workout programs you name it. But what has helped me most is just eating well (and my diet is not perfect by any means) and incorporating some form of exercise at least 3 times a week. It is four years later and I am currently in a size 9/10
and weigh around 165 (I've obsessed over weight before so I now rarely weigh myself, so that weight may be a bit off). I'm still not where I want to be, but I might be able to share some tips and tricks, and I know the struggle and pain that comes with it. Any thing you need just let me know. We can support each other.0 -
Hi Krissy! Your story really touched me, I know how it can feel to be hopeless and unhappy with your body. It's awesome that you've decided to make a change though--I'm also on my own journey to becoming happier and healthier I would love to become friends and help motivate and support each other! Feel free to add me0
