Veggie kebab recipe

Hi, I thought to share this recipe with those who wanted to try something different!
1. Peel and boil potatoes
2. Mash potatoes with spices like salt chillie garam masala
3. Add cooked peas
4. Freeze till frozen and rock hard
5. Whisk an egg in a bowl and dunk the kebabs in then out
6. To fry place 3 tbs of oil and heat
7. Leave to cool then enjoy!
