Hi my name is Michelle, I'm new to mfp and wish to connect with those like myself who have health issues that limit working out...anyone who can give tipß advice or encouragement!

    Hey! I have multiple health issues - both mental and physical that impact my ability to exercise. I completely understand how awful it can be. All you can do is your best :smiley:

    My tip would be to find something that you can do that you enjoy and then modify it to your level. For example, I find that swimming really helps with my pain, but also helps my brain to switch off which is perfect for me, so I do that when I can. I also do 10 minute yoga or pilates vids from youtube. For me, I've found little but often works best. I hope you can find something that works for you. Good luck :smile:

    Thank you so much! It's nice to hear reassure that I CAN do this..regardless of my medical and often times emotional limitations.
