World Champion Loser :)

I have decided to fight a foe as large as me, and that foe... is me. I am a former World Champion Martial Arts Fighter and 4 time Martial Arts Hall of Famer. I blew out my knee in 2001 and from there it's been a weight gain nightmare. At 52 I decided I can't go on hurting physically and emotionally. I've taken my life into my hands and re-visited myfitnesspal, and I am getting serious this time! Two days ago was when I started counting calories, and today I start to work out again. I feel like a white belt again (I'm a 7th dan now). Wow, the circle of life eh! ~M
