Raspberry ketones are rubbish, save your money. Eat less and move more. This has lots of great info

I'm pretty sure those things aren't even tested on humans... it's just garbage crap.

There is no secret pill that helps with weight loss. If there were, everyone would know. It would be advertised and the demand would be so great that there'd people selling the pills for astronomical amounts on eBay.
If you really want a pill, see the doctor.0 -
I took them. I lost money. I lost no weight.
There is no magic pill (sadly) burn more calories than you eat - you lose that way.0 -
No, just search previous threads on them. If they worked everyone would be taking them.
Why do you find it difficult to lose?0 -
Why are we still talking about this?0

Nope. Set your calorie goals up in MFP, stick to your calorie deficit, and you will lose weight.0 -
Sounds like a rip off.
If you want ketones you could eat very low carb (below 50grams) for a few days and your body will start to make its own - ketogenic diet is effective when paired with a slight caloric deficit.
It's not for everybody, but those who stick with it love it.0 -
If it comes from the mouth of Dr. Oz it's rubbish.0

If you could buy a weight loss cure that worked, Oprah wouldn't be fat.
I see you haven't logged anything since Wednesday. I think I see your problem.
Weigh and log ALL your food in MFP. Stop looking for a quick fix. MFP teaches you to eat sustainably for life.
You didn't gain the weight overnight; why try to lose it overnight?
Make small changes you can stick with. Read the forum stickies.
You can do this!

A quick fix doesn't work and a complete waste of $$$$0
