I just created a group called, "CrossTrainers", it is a group for anyone who enjoys walking, running, kayaking, or do any type of physical fitness activity to stay fit/loose weight. I am also going to be posting healthy food recipes and exercise tips there. You can also share yours too. I will also be tracking individual check-in in case someone is not login their food and exercise. Remember we all need to keep each other accountable and be encouraging. You are not alone...we are in this journey together. This is a private group.
