Are my calorie burn estimates ok?

Hi everyone, I've recently decided to be more accountable on MFP, so I am trying to track my exercise, but I am unsure of my estimates. I am currently 148.4 and 5' 3" and I estimate 150 cal for 30 min of jogging at 4 mph and 150 cal for 35 cycling at RPM 80 to be on the safe side because I eat back my exercise calories(I am at 1200 which is hard for me otherwise). Both are easy, comfortable paces for me. The machines at the gym say 220 cal for jogging and 185-190 for cycling. What are your opinions on these numbers? Anyone know of a better way to estimate? I don't have an HRM or anything.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Getting a heart rate monitor would be the best way to find out your calories burned for those activities.
I would say cut what the machine says you burn in half.

I agree with miss Asher. Get a heart rate monitor if you want accurate information.0
