When I put in my cardio it will calculate my calories lost, but it won't calculate my calories lost in strength. ![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
I'm not lifting any weights but I am doing pushups, crunches and different types of squats.
Does anyone know what type of strength you need to put in, in order for it to calculate the calories lost?

Use the calisthenics option in cardio.0

Those exercises can normally be estimated by choosing Calisthenics under Cardiovascular.
