Weight Watchers Body Analysis Scale. I've had it for almost 3 years and have only had to change the battery in it once. As a LT Member at WW I weigh in once a month. My weight with them is only 2 - 3 oz. from what my WW body scale reads so I think it is good as far as its accuracy.0

I use my eyes, and a skin calipers... Only step on the scale every now and then out of curiousity as those numbers are extremely misleading.
I take that back I do use my scale but just don't obsess over that number because like I said it can be really misleading.0 -
I bought "the buggest loser" scale; seems very accurate as it agrees with my doctors scale.0

@KeepGood I have a fit it something or another and the only thing I like using it for other than my weight, is as a couple hundred dollar floor-mirror, just incase your wondering how you look from an ants perspective... Lol

I like this scale to get a fast, consistent reading, and it also has these colored tags you can set to mark various weights. I tagged my heaviest weight of 278...my original goal weight of 205...my current weight of 180 and 185 which I never want to creep above.

I recently changed to the Omron HBF-315c as its better for body composition tracking. I just had a medical at work and it seems to read about 1kg (about 2lb) heavy (though that could have been the doctors scales reading light) but as I'm looking for trends in the body fat-body muscle readings rather than the weight it really doesn't worry me. The resting bmr reading is also great for assessing your calorie requirements.0
