Setting your goals

When I first joined MFP I set my goal using current lifestyle i.e. sedentary. As I sit in an office most days with some walking. This set my target as 1280 cals per day... I am 5ft tall.
Now I am exercising most days, at least 5 days a week for an hour each time.
My question is... do I leave my goals as they are or increase to a busier lifestyle i.e. active or are these goals to set your base rate?
I hope that makes sense?

You can leave it sedentary but then eat at least 50--75% of your exercise calories, or workout your TDEE and do TDEE-20% (depending how much you have to lose)0

I'd leave it as sedentary (as your job hasn't changed - i.e. you didn't go from desk job to working in a warehouse our teaching Zumba!)....and I'm guessing you are logging all your exercise (the hour a day).....0
