Thoughts on carb cycle layout.

Hey guys, I'm currently 210, 6"5 and probably mid teens body fat % I'm guessing (never actually gotten it done) Ive done several different calorie calculations and think 2800 calories is a pretty solid weight loss goal for me. But, I've sat there and tried getting the right amount of macros to help me steadily loose weight but I've come to a point where i just became stagnant over about the past two months so I've decided to try carb cycling over the past two weeks.
I went with the high medium low. High-320g med-170g and low- no carbs-50g
Thoughts on this from anybody? Just curious what you guys
Might think about the layout or success you guys might have had doing it other ways! I appreciate it.

    My results have been somewhat mediocre I guess over the past 2-3 weeks. Haven't lost but maybe a pound.
