    Hey Kaz, this is my first time on the site so not sure how all this works yet. I am Cat from Florida. I am 5'5
    SW was 312 and CW is now 292 .
    been overweight most of my adult life and after a lot of life changes the past 3 years my daughter told me about this site. please add me as a friend : ) it would be nice to chat
