Hi! I just started the program 2 weeks ago and I love it. It really helps to lose weight when you keep track of all the food & drink you have. Wish me luck to lose 20 lbs. I wish everyone else out there luck too!

    All the best! I just started this week and I'm surprised how much I'm liking this. It's keep me on track and is a lot less expensive than programs. WE usually know what we need to do it's just the follow thru that's hard.

    I've been on MFP for a month now...and am now starting to kick my butt in gear and really use the site!!!

    Take advantage of the support group you can gain on here, as well I just started using the blog feature. I think this will help so I can look back and read about the changes that were happening!!!
