Ok, I'm really craving sweets right now. What's a healthy thing I can have without eating my weight in sugar and fat??

I just eat whatever it is I'm craving, so long as it fits my calorie goal.

I eat ice cream/gelato practically every night and have lost 64 lbs. Moderation has been the key to my success. Everything in moderation. When I cut things out, I become a very unhappy and miserable person.

A bowl of berries. They're very sweet and are good for you. :)

Decide whether you can moderate and a small amount of x will help you with i.e chocolate or whether you wnat to abstain. Alternatively you can gain extra calories as an additional benefit of exercise.

Decide whether its a craving for that item and nohing else or whether its characteristsics that you cna find a lower calorie substitute. there are plenty of threads about chocolate.

Eating a few nuts generally helps me when I'm wanting to overdose on sugar. Otherwise I blend a frozen banana with a bit of raw cacao. Works for me

I got these Sobe life water pops. Frozen, sweet, 40 cal,0 fat 0 carbs. It really helps when my husband is having something sweet at night, because now I can have something sweet too.
