Has anyone tried this? I found it on Bodybuilding.com and plan on starting on 8/8.

If you're looking to gain strength, I would recommend a full body compound lift orientated program such as;
- New Rules of Lifting For Women/Men
- Strong Curves
- ICF 5x5
- Stronglifts 5x5
- Starting Strength
No need for training splits if you're a beginner lifter; tis a waste of noobie gainz.0 -

Thanks! Where can I find these? I'm not a newbie per se. I was pretty serious about ten years ago and let myself go to crap in the last 7 or so.
