Has anyone tried this? I found it on Bodybuilding.com and plan on starting on 8/8.

I'm looking to lose fat and gain strength.

    If you're looking to gain strength, I would recommend a full body compound lift orientated program such as;
    • New Rules of Lifting For Women/Men
    • Strong Curves
    • ICF 5x5
    • Stronglifts 5x5
    • Starting Strength

    No need for training splits if you're a beginner lifter; tis a waste of noobie gainz.

    Thanks! Where can I find these? I'm not a newbie per se. I was pretty serious about ten years ago and let myself go to crap in the last 7 or so.
