Fats always more than protein

Eventhough I try to eat protein foods such as eggs and boiled chicken breast, my percentage of fats is always more than protein..

Why do you need to? But the answer is eat more lean proteins and larger servings of those vs. things with more fat.
Also, don't boil your chicken breast. Broiling (I assume that's what you mean) or grilling or roasting/baking tastes better. Lean meats like (but not limited to) chicken breast, fish/shellfish, skim dairy are great sources of lean protein.

Just look through your food diary, see what you're eating that has a lot of fat and then replace that with something that is lower in fat.0 -

You don't have a lot of weight to lose - only 5 lbs, according to your goal - so if you are meeting your calorie goal each day, and your macro balance is close, it's just a matter of making some minor adjustments. (it's hard to give you solid recommendations without seeing your diary, which is closed) If you are eating nuts or nut butters, full-fat dairy, butter, avocado, beef, or things like that, then it's matter of switching things out. low or fat-free dairy for the full-fat, leaner cuts of beef, or chicken for the beef, or fish/seafood for the beef. Butter and oils, nuts and nut butters are all high in fats, and you may need to reduce them and add protein sources instead of you are looking to increase proteins. Of course, not knowing what you are ultimately trying to achieve, it's difficult to give you advice.0 -

I'm trying to lose fats and grow muscle.

Just look through your food diary, see what you're eating that has a lot of fat and then replace that with something that is lower in fat.
Sometimes I find it hard to eat foods that have less fats as most of the dishes in Malaysia are high in fats.

It's difficult for me as my family rarely cook and we often go out for dinner.
By the way, I believe that the sauce (Asian's) is high in calories which I find it difficult to avoid in Malaysia as most of our dishes are cooked with sauce.
Previously, I often ate steamed fish but now I usually eat fried fish as it is more easily to get in Malaysia.

I know eggs is high in protein but when I plan to eat eggs I found that the percentage of fats becomes more.0

Fats are not bad. Fats, high calorie consumption, and inactivity is bad, as those conditions help the body effortlessly store fat, but if you are relatively active, fats won't make you fat. All the same, less fats won't make you less fat, no matter how active you are. The body has a very efficient way of turning proteins and carbs into fat (aka stored energy), so just eating a bunch of protein (or carbs) wont help you lose fat if you dont know how proteins (or carbs) work in the body.
Fat is not the demon here. I eat 60-70% fat per day, and my bloodwork is fine. I also am losing about 3-4 lbs per week if I stay dedicated, while still gaining muscle, as is evident by my strength training gains.0 -

Foods, eg stir-fry vegetables, fried noodles, stir-fry chicken...

Do you fry, or do you eat at restaurants? If the latter, then it is hopeless. If you make it, then change your cooking method. Anything fried is higher in fat than its non-fried counterpart. Malaysia is the most obese Asian country as a percentage of population. But it doesnt matter. You just need to change how you eat. Try baking, eating foods you don't have to cook(such as protein shakes), or maybe some sushi?
I cant really help you with high protein/low fat foods. I could not sustain on that type of diet. Best of luck to you!

Hah. Thank you! I always want to eat sushi but I can't because I couldn't drive yet.
I'm trying to change my eating habits which I follow MyPlate recently.
