The first step is damn hard...

Time for me to bite the bullet instead of chips. My age and my waist keep going up and I really need to do this now. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. This journey begins in 3..2..1

    You made it here, that is a great step! Log everything you eat so you can see what is happening, be honest with yourself. Ask questions, read for answers. Add me if you want a friend for the journey.

    I know how you feel :neutral: I just started too and I don't feel like I am going to lose weight because I don't feel hungry usually. I know that I will reach my goal though! :)

    It has to be a lifestyle change. Diets don't work in the long run

    walk, walk with that beautiful dog, keep going farther as it gets easier

    take progress photos, measurements

    submerge your self in the forums, that help me a lot in the beginning! this is a good communnity, learn as much as you can and by any chance when things get rough or don't go the way you want DON'T GIVE UP, FIND A WAY
