Not eating enough when Vegetarian?

I'm going to start by saying don't stalk my diary, I have SUCKED the past couple of weeks. However, I'm back on the horse and reevaluating my eating and calories. I'm set up for 1350, but I try to eat more than that and I usually work out three days a week. However, I'm a week day vegetarian, and I eat fish. I'm constantly hearing how I don't eat enough and it's really hard for me to hit 1200 calories a day- and I eat ALL DAY LONG. However, when all you eat is fruits and vegetables, it's hard to reach that calorie goal. I don't want to fill up on junk and grains.. So, as long as I'm not really starving and I'm putting a lot of low calorie food in my body, am I okay? Tips? Advice?
Also: I ALWAYS reach my protein goal, please don't give me that speech. I know.

If you need to fill up calories I just suggest to ate more fat or sugars. They have a bunch of calories on relatively small portion. So drink more sweet juices or maybe ate some nuts, avocados, they are very calorie dense. Or make something with a lot of healthy fat like olive oil, like french fries for example. Ya know, things like that. Have been working great for me when I feel very full and need to meet calorie requirements without eating huge portions.0

Try adding some all natural peanut or almond butter to your apples. 2 tablespoons is usually around 200 calories and full of good fats.0

Nuts, peanut butter (or other butters), soy protein shakes, ice cream, cheese, etc.. All thing to help you eat more calories. The bigger issue is you need to get enough protein to get all the essential amino acids. YOu should be aiming to get 100-130g per day depending on how much lean body mass you have (essentially, 70-80% of your weight in grams of protein).0
