I confess that my dad getting engaged and telling me after the fact really hurt, particularly because he never mentioned ring shopping, he talked to her family before proposing, and he invited all their friends over the night he proposed. Everyone knew but me. It's another thing in a series of thoughtless actions that makes me feel like he doesn't really want me in his life.

I confess tonight I avoided eye contact with the guy I'm partner for a test next week because I didn't feel like having to work hard tonight. My ribs hurt and it's just a bit uncomfortable having to skate with him1

Oh honey I'm so sorry. I know how that feels to be embarrassed about being seen naked and held when you feel fat. I hope he loves you just the way you are and even more I hope you can learn to love yourself. You are beautiful at any size. Tell yourself every day. Practice it "I am beautiful inside and out."5 -
And I confess that I ate a giant piece of chocolate fudge cake tonight but I have major cramps and it was sooo good!!! And I'm gonna have a killer yoga workout in the morning so there.5

I confess I'm really happy my mom wants to move to a place closer to me. But i might have to play my daddy's little girl card to get dad accepting the idea...i want them to move there because it would be easier for me and in the long run their best option.1
