Doctor Oz recommended Garcenia Cambogia, and I am taking it. It tastes salty, but says no sodium. I feel pretty energetic and happy. Does anyone have experience with this stuff they would like to share?
(Please forgive me. This is an old topic. I just learned how to use the Search feature and see some old links.) :blushing:

Whatever you do, do not listen to Dr. Oz or Dr. Phil.. total quacks.0

And tomorrow Dr. Oz will recommend something else that is amazing too. He gets paid to hock these products. Don't put any more money in his pocket.0

I actually had an interesting chat with the pharmacist at work. She said that the claims being made about the herb garcenia cambogia are not being supported by scientific, peer reviewed studies because herbs- even herbs being marketed for weight management- are not tightly regulated by the FDA like common drugs and food products. You can find "evidence" on the Internet to support Dr. Oz's claims concerning garcenia cambogia, but you can also find evidence of Bigfoot, rampant racism in modern cereal commercials and that losing weight without a gimmick is impossible.
