Balanced Diet
One of the main issues I struggle with is having a balanced diet. I love my sweets, but a balanced substitution could be a fruit salad. I also monitor my proportions to keep a healthy diet. This does not work alone, though. In order to stay healthy and fit, you must combine a healthy diet with excercise. Excercising can be relaxing, especially when you know you are doing good for your body. Some of my favorite excercise a to do in a time crunch are lunges, jumping jacks, and donkey kicks. I also love to go on hikes on trails around me, as hiking in nature is very relaxing to me.
