Selecting the right activity level

I need to select my activity level for my MyFitnessPal account. I am not sure if I would be lightly active or active.
I walk a fair bit over the day and I usually get to 10 000 steps (excluding running, which I want to track separately). I have also just got a standing desk, so I am standing up for most of the work day.
What does everyone think the right activity level is?

I would say lightly active. Active, as far as your job goes, would be related to a more mobile type of work like waitress, mailman, etc. So I would start off with lightly and give that a try for about 3 weeks and see where you're at then. Hope this helps!

Select one. Log everything accurately. Watch your progress and adjust it in 3-4 weeks if necessary. The activity level is an estimate and not a substitute for real life results.0

I think the rule of thumb is 10000 steps = lightly active. Less than that is sedentary.0
