Slow running; help please

For the past 2 days I've been getting a slow response from MFP. Other websites are OK. Is Sydney Australia having a problem? Or is there some other reason? Help please.

    Forum seems responsive on web site from a PC in the UK. Say more about how you're accessing and what parts seem slow.
