I don't normally watch the biggest loser but last night I caught the part where each member had to climb up a hill wearing a backpack loaded with the amount of weight they had lost...what an emotional thrill and a sad reality. Each one swore they would never go back. I think it is a good thing for us all to do, whether 5 pounds or 20...pick up that bag of flour or sack of potatoes and be proud of your weight loss and see how far you have come.

I will try that...I know I never want to go back. Since I have been counting calories and since I have been on MFP, I haven't felt deprived one time. This is something I can definitely live with!!
