just a little advice! I want to lose 10lb especially round my belly I'm male 5'11 33 years old and have set mfp to sedentary and to lose 2lb per week, I've also attached a Fitbit to my account! I'm confident enough to stay under my calorie goal easy! But I'm worried about macros I'm always high on fat and carbs! Does this really matter??

You're over on fat and carbs but under calories ?
2 lbs/week seems high for a low target loss like 10 lbs.0 -
Yes I'm over on fat and carbs, you may think it too high but I'm also eating 1000 cals in Fitbit calories as I walk everywhere and work in a restaurant but I'm still under goal! Just moving more0

You can adjust macros to suit yourself unless you have a certain goal? Well done on steps - I'm aiming for 10,000 steps a day with Fitbit but get nowhere near that many calories.0

The only way to be over on fat and carbs and on target with calories is to be under on protein.

The less you have to lose, the more slowly it comes off. That's just the way the human body works. Eating at an aggressive deficit will not get you to goal any more quickly. Your Fitbit burn is TDEE. If you eat less than that, you will lose weight. Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit
Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
