adjusting the weight of food !

Hi - i am new to this app and finding it hard to find out how i can adjust the weight of food or drink i have. the quantities for choice are usually 300ml 1ml 1cup .
does anybody know how i can change it please.

You enter your serving as a percentage of it. So if serving only lists "1 cup" and you had 1/4th cup, you put serving size as 0.25
