New again :smile:.

I took a long break from MFP after being here for over 2 years. I am back now wanting to finish off the rest of this weight loss and more importantly live a healthy life. Best part is, I am happily married since 1979 and other than playing jazz music, fly fishing, photography, and our furry babies, life is pretty good.

I am a great support and would like the same. I don't judge, I'm not a Food Nazi, just an even keeled guy. I love humor in all the midst of this and hope you do as well.
