Hello! Just stopping by to encourage you all to keep going! If I can do it, anyone can. I've always been one to make excuses- "I don't have time to exercise," "I'm too picky of an eater to eat healthy," "I'm just DESTINED to be fat." But over the past 50 days, I've ditched ALL my excuses and worked my tail off! As of this morning, I'm down 32 pounds and people are finally starting to notice. I didn't take a "before" photo, but the photo I used as my "before" was from the trip where I realized I HAD to do something about my weight, so it'll suffice.
