New my MFP and struggling with motivation

Hi I'm new to MFP
I've joined with the hope of finding be friends to help with motivation and support.
I'm looking to lose about 15-20lbs. I know how to lose weight but I just can't seem to find the motivation to start, either that or I last 1-2 days then cave into temptation.
Anyone have any tips on motivation and how to start. Thanks
