Hard to imagine that three liters is so much as to be problematic, even for a tiny adult.0

That's a little over 100 ounces. Barring some sort of medical issue, that doesn't seem problematic.0

I don't think that's excessive water consumption. However, I will say (from personal experience) that if you combine increased water with low calorie AND LOW SODIUM, you may need to be careful. I drink about 3.5-4.0 liters of water a day (1,500 calories). However, when I was also eating a low sodium diet, my electrolytes got completely out of wack and I had medical issues (fainting, dizziness, irregular heart beat, tunnel vision, etc. It was a fun (NOT) list). After seeing several medical professionals, my "problem" was the low sodium diet. The complete solution to my medical problem was to add sodium and electrolyte replacements into my diet. The cardiologist officially said "eat a pickle or two with every meal". I now do not limit my sodium and I rehydrate with an electrolyte replacement after all intense workouts. I super easy solution!0
