I have a ton of leftover veggies from a party this weekend and want to make stir fry. Anyone have a good recommendations for an easy sauce? Thanks!

I usually just mix any combo of these ingredients: soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey or sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, hoisin, oyster sauce, and peanut butter.
  • I blend garlic, ginger and chillies with soy sauce. It's nom! I use 4 chillies for a nice warmth but add more or less depending on how spicy you like it.

I use the sauce from this Honey Sriancha Chicken recipe as a stir fry sauce a lot. It's kinda spicy as written so if you don't like that, reduce the Sriancha.

I use soy sauce, a splash of fish sauce, plenty of fresh lime juice with garlic, chilli, ginger and coriander/cilantro.

I'm a little more plain, I guess. I usually just use soy sauce at the end of browning the meat and then granulated garlic and onion as I'm adding the veggies. My family doesn't like ginger and my husband wouldn't eat it if it were sweet.
