    Leftovers - Stewed tomatoes, peppers, garlic and herbs from the garden tossed with Fiber Gourmet spaghetti and grilled chicken, topped with a little parmesan cheese.

    I had a 6ounce grilled pork chop, 1 cup of fresh green beans, and 1 cup of fresh cauliflower followed up with an apple.

    I had a salad with romaine and every veggie you could think of chopped up with some steamed cauliflower, grilled chicken and mixed with strawberries, home made croutons and tossed with some light sesame ginger dressing. It was delish!

    Had vegetarian split pea soup (veg stock) loaded with celery and carrots. And also salmon sashimi with avocado. Two bites of rice with the sashimi and I tossed the rest of the rice

    My go-to lunch at work (brought from home): salad with lettuce, avocado, cucumbers and salsa. A single container of cottage cheese. And 100grams of sliced apples.

    I made a quick salad with chicken breast, diced apple, and diced raw cabbage...all tossed with 2 TB of light mayo. filling and delicious!

    Roasted cauliflower & 1 oz quinoa chips dipped in 2% greek yogurt flavored with green curry seasoning powder (no-salt), 1/4 of a roasted sweet potato drenched in cinnamon (wayyy too much cinnamon & no honey or sugar to balance it). Weird combo, but also satisfying.

    as a reward for cleaning out my black hole of a walk in closet (that was un-walkable LOL) before we move back in to our house we had brunch and i had 900 calories of delicious belgian waffles and sausage and egg! nomnomnom LOLOL

    I had oatmeal. I'm playing around with recipes that add more protein to oatmeal in preparation for an upcoming backpacking trip, and decided to try one of the recipes for lunch (instant oats, hemp seeds, oat bran, brown sugar, powdered milk, cinnamon, pecans, dried cranberries and dried orange peel spice.).

    I had naked pita chips, and a mix of organic "wholly guacamole," rotisserie chicken breast, and a hard boiled egg... With a cup of strawberries on the side... So yummy :)
