Can I lower my calories to get over a bad week?

I went totally off the rails last week, I was pissed off at a sports injury and pretty much ate what I wanted. Before that I was on 1500 calories and felt that it was just right. Can I go down to 1200 just for a week to lose the 2lbs I put on promptly? Or would that be unhealthy?
It's not like I'd be starving or anything, and only until next Wednesday.

I would stick with your regular calorie goal - today is a new day to make good choices, just carry on.0
