Deli food that's healthy?

Does anyone know of food that can be made at a deli that is healthy?

If I grab something at a deli, I'll tend to lean toward whole wheat, turkey, a bit of cheese and whatever veggies I can cram in there, like lettuce, onions, roasted peppers. The sodium can be kind of ridiculous, but if you avoid stuff like mayo and oil, you can keep it pretty low fat. Some delis also have the option of making a salad from their ingredients, if you're trying to keep the carbs low.

I buy Boars Head Honey Maple Turkey and eat 2 oz on Sara Lee 45 cal bread with mustard and spinach. 180 calories.

Whole meats... sliced breast or shoulder roast, rotisserie chicken. The salt may be up there, but as long as it's not a daily habit, you should be ok.
