I buy cheese and eggs when on sale periodically and freeze so I always have them on hand, and have lots of jars of natural peanut butter in my stock pile.
I should definetly add some frozen broccoli to my contingent though!

How could I have forgotten COFFEE.
Although,I am hoping to kick the addiction,or at least curb it!
I should start adding more nuts/seeds and avocado into my diet too :)

I've cut down on my coffee since watching what I eat. Mostly because I used to use lots of sugary creamers. Now that I see how many calories they were adding to my day, I've cut back to two cups of joe a day. I enjoy a Tbsp of french vanilla, sweet, fatty, delicious creamer in my first cup, then warm up my mug for the second. Slowly weaning off of it.

I'm addicted to peanut butter, almonds and avocados but they are high in calories so beware when snacking. They add up!

I forgot sweet potatoes, that's a winner right there!
