Just a quick question....when working out the cals for pasta, spaghetti etc is the weight for dry or cooked? Thanks in advance

    Dry. Just make sure the entry in the database is for dry too.

    The weight is for dry. Depending on how long you cook pasta it will weigh more the more water it absorbs.
