Time to pick my backside up again

Another stumbling block in my journey. Suffering from a fractured ankle, but have used my time off wisely to plan my assault on the gym when I return.

One more week to go until the cast is off and it's road to recovery from there.

Anyways, I just wanted to see what others found the most difficult parts of their journey/stumbling blocks and how you overcame them or if you're still struggling with things then perhaps you might be able to learn from others experiences here
