Hello everyone, I was on fitness pal for about a year and had lost about 15 pounds then I got extremely sick and I have not been able to continue. I am now trying to get back into the diet/exercise thing again. Any suggestions on how I can start again with my diet/exercise and get healthy and lose the 15 pounds again since I gained that amount.?
