Anyone have any experience or success with BurstFit Fire for losing weight? Amazon reviews seem pretty good, what do you guys think?

    Losing weight comes from a caloric deficit. It doesn't matter what exercise you do.

    I personally don't like paying for an exercise program...

    Yes, I get that part of it but I am looking for reviews on BurstFire specifically. I am sure someone here has did it! I like these structure workouts like this :)
