Am wondering what good meals for a decent cost of living would be for a clean bulk? Was thinking.. Oats, sweet potato, ground beef, chicken?

Clean bulk has more to do with how much you eat then what you eat. The definition of a clean bulk is keeping a moderate (250-500) calorie surplus. Once you meet your daily macro/micros the excess calories can be from anything including pizza, ice cream, etc. Your body gains weight at a 1.1 ratio, if you're following a structured weight lifting program. You're always adding fat anytime you bulk but the higher the calories over TDEE the higher the potential fat gains will be since there is a limit of how much muscle the body can build. Unfortunately, there's no such limit on fat.0
