90%/10% eating rule

Hello. 90% eating healthy. 10% eat whatever. Anyone following this method? If you must Google do so and lets chat.

I don't really keep track of percentage s, but I do save up calories so I can "spend" them on something marvelously decadent and delicious on a special night out--whether that be locally produced ice cream, a glass of wine (or two or four . .) or maybe fried chicken wings on Saturday night0
