I'm only on day 4...I was using the fit bit app... But the calorie restrictions were too low... And I have borderline hypoglycemia... So the lower calorie counts were not safe for me... My cousin...Bronwyn Cook referred me to this app/website... Hopefully this does the trick...0 -
