What makes you feel accomplished and or proud of yourself?

Doesn't have to be anything big.

I feel accomplished when my Fitbit tells me I've hit those 1,000 steps, and when I have to buy new running shoes because I've worn mine out.

What makes me feel most accomplished is when I figure out how to do something that I previously had no idea how to do. I write code for a living, and a great feeling is when I bring one of my ideas into reality by trial and error. As frustrating as it can get, the feeling of completing something that was just an idea before is extremely gratifying for me.

Little things that aren't important to others do it for me. Things like having less fear on stairs because my balance is a bit better now than it was.
Or, turning to look at something & noticing that I have better range of motion in my neck.
(Those make me sound far older than I actually am! )

Watching my "kids" succeed in life....26 and 24 yrs old this year, and I couldn't be prouder than I am of both of them...I was a single mum for the first 15 years, so I figure I must have done something right, cuz they're such amazing people!
