Starting back up AGAIN

been on MFP for a while and used it off and on. Going to try and keep this up everyday and keep track of what I eat.

Just graduated in May with an assoc. For me, think school was played a big part on me to gain weight. Always staying up late studying and I would get hungry. Due to the program intensity I wasn't able to go to the gym...I know it shouldn't have been an excuse. There's people out there with a lot more going on and still managed to go the gym.

I was a competitor in powerlifting, and due to a motorcycle accident it yield on my training. Now I'm planning to drop at least 30-40lbs to get to my weight class and finally compete after 8 years.

Think having people around you with similar goals makes it alittle easier to stay on track rather doing on your own and stray away from the path. Support plays a big role to any goal That you have.
