Needing to get back on track

I am looking for motivation to get back on track. I have put on about 50 pounds in the last 5 years and I want to get back to what I was which is about 110. I know I can do this through exercise or portion control. That is the way I did it last time. Any suggestions on new low calorie recipes and easy workouts to get back started?

    Get walking, the dog, with your family, with friends, hit the gym with a buddy, it helps me to keep going. Making it past those first few weeks is hard when you restrict your diet, but now I see how good I can do with the calories I have. Add me if you want! I do support. :)
