Hello everyone,
I must drink something when I'm eating.
I thought I'd substitute diet sodas with protein shakes.
What brands do you recommend?
looking for low calorie/high protein protein shakes.
It must be sold in common hypermarkets in Canada such as Walmart and Superstore.
Thank you!

I love Nature's Best Isopure Dutch Chocolate and my friend loves their vanilla - 50 grams of protein (= 90% of the calories), choc has 3grams carbs but vanilla is zero carb. I blend the chocolate with water, ice and peanut butter0

I cycle between Genuine Health Proteins + and Vega One. Both are vegan. I don't recall the calorie count off hand, but I tend to use a half portion for my smoothies. I'm not sure if they're available at Superstore or Walmart, but they're widely available (at least in Toronto) in health food stores and online.
One caveat: do what you want, but these are good for replacing meals or snacks, not as a drink to accompany a meal...unless you're trying to raise your calorie intake (which maybe you are - I didn't look at your profile), I'd suggest replacing diet pop with carbonated water or regular water.0 -
(I do not work for GNC or Blue Diamond, this is not an ad, just my honest and humble opinion I am a HUGE fan of Total Lean Very Berry and Chocolate - GNC product - I usually make two shakes a day and mix with unsweetened almond milk (Blue Diamond is the best, no Poly or Monounsaturated fat). It is way low on sugar and the carb count is easily forgettable). I know there a ton of naye sayers about shakes but since starting the shakes I get my daily protein goal in. Good Luck!0
