Wishy Washy on my Exercise Routine!

I've done this before with success but after months of plateau and summer laziness I am getting psyched for starting up again. My problem is I can't seem to pick a good program to go with..I usually walk,bike, or swim for my cardio but I need to work weights and body weight exercises in to like 4/5 days s week. I have so many workouts saved to Pinterest and other sites I don't know where to start..I guess I should just print out a few or save to a file on laptop and just start..any other ideas would be appreciated.. I like all workouts Pilates kettlebell bodyweight kickboxing etc..so no shortage there:)
