New to message boards here at myfitnesspal. I moved to Roseville, CA about 20 months ago and work from home. Meeting people has been slow going so I am looking to make local friends to keep me motivated and on track. Bike rides, fitness classes, anything to keep moving. When I rely on only myself to make it consistently to the gym I fail every time.
