from weighing, watching what i ate, and working out. About two weeks maybe a little more had finals and needed to focus on that... I ate a LOT of taco bell and a LOT of snickers ice cream bars haha (i don't know why but its my weakness) and I only gained a pound! Back to reality tomorrow and back to my deficit but I am so thankful that a couple weeks of what i thought was waaaaaay over my maintenance wasn't so bad. is it weird that i kinda missed my food scale and working out? oh god what has happened to me.
