Hi, I've become interested in NPC Bikini competition.

Without getting a personal trainer does anyone have any advice on a diet plan/caloric intake and a routine?

My body up until now is on my Instagram: fireandfox_x

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks :)

You are at a great level of fitness.
And from what I saw, there is nothing else to do but bring it to your competition.

    Heyy,

A number of people have told me it's not great, but I do around 2hrs of full body three times a week. This includes 10mins of HIIT, 1.5hrs of weight training, some ab/core work and 10mins of steady cardio.
I'm thinking of switching to upper and lower body days (since you get better results and the workout isn't so long) but don't know where to start.
My diet is generally healthy (fruit, nuts, oats, sweet potatoes, eggs, chicken etc.) unless I go out to eat.
    Need to know more?

I am, and mostly because I love the discipline and figures they obtain. I don't want to stay at a competition 10-12 body fat ratio but I do want to be around 17/16%.

If I am thinking of the correct organization-NPC is very competitive. I would go for a smaller competition first, before moving on to NPC. Again, I could be remembering wrong-but I think you get a lot of drugs in NPC competitions as well. Just something to think about

That's a good idea. I've got no interest in drugs, even if other competitors do. Thanks :)

You're in great walking-around shape, but would likely need 6 months to a year of contest prep to be stage-ready. That's how it for lots of competitors though, so you're definitely at a good starting point. If you are really interested the first thing I'd suggest doing is some research about the folks in your area and hire someone to get you started on a diet and workout protocol to get ready. If you find a good match, it's well worth the money.

Just NPC overall, didn't notice the bikini part. Again, I have to double check I am thinking of the correct organization. But-I would still recommend starting small to get your feet wet and not get discouraged. Then move on to bigger shows-NPC or otherwise.
